owned company located in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Originally established in 1974 by Bill Thomas as
a custom home builder and general contractor,
the company has grown and developed to
become a leader in design-build construction
serving business, industry, and community
leaders throughout Western PA. Projects have ranged from general construction build-outs, construction management of large manufacturing facilities to design-build church construction.

In 1990 the company acquired the area franchise for Butler® Pre-Engineered Steel
Buildings and has won Butler's
High Performance Dealer Award 15 out of the last 20
years. In 1999 Bill's son Brent Thomas joined the company and now leads the company
as President and Principal Project Leader along with long-time Project Manager and
Lead Estimator, Rick Wroblewski. Together with Project Superintendent Dwayne Stach,
providing full-time onsite supervision, every aspect of your project is monitored to ensure
quality work is being completed on time and on-budget. With our network of professional
specialty subcontractors, architects, and engineers we're prepared to meet your needs.
