Site Engineering - Working closely with state certified engineers we will maximize the use of your site by properly situating the building, parking, retention pond, and well/septic systems. An engineer will develop a site plan for submission to your local municipality, including storm water management and sedimentation and erosion control.

Building Design - Depending on the complexity of the project, we can handle the design "in-house" (design/build) or work with an architect to design the building you need. We can use our 25 years of construction experience to "value-engineer" your building, providing you with the most building for your investment.

State and Local Approvals - We will work with a state certified engineer or architect to develop drawings for submission to Labor and Industry and/or BOCA.
